Tabitha Haggerty is originally from Rochester, New York. She has a degree in Film and Television Production from the Rochester Institute of Technology. In New York, she photographed
REM, Siouxsie and the Banshees, The Fleshtones and Sonic
Youth. Her live concert footage of Sonic Youth was included in the band’s 1988 music video for Teenage Riot. In 2001, one of her photos was used as the fold-out poster for the band's tour of Japan.
Tabitha has lived in New Orleans since 1992. Among the many artists and entertainers she has photographed are
Sonny Landreth, Danny Barker, Ernie K-Doe, Jeremy Davenport, Glyn Styler, The Iguanas, Suplecs, Lydia Lunch, Mr. Quintron, Miss Pussycat, Tab Benoit, J. Monque'D, Varla Merman,
and Ruthie the Duck Girl. She also photographed adult film superstars
Blake Harper and Colton Ford in a exclusive and explicit private session.
Her photographs have appeared in Offbeat, New Orleans Magazine, Gambit, Southern Voice, Eclipse, and Lagniappe.

She photographed the paintings of serial killers, John Wayne Gacy and Richard Ramirez for the promotion of the documentary film COLLECTORS. She shot behind-the-scenes photos and production stills for MARDI GRAS COWBOY, a porn/comedy starring adult film sensation,
Jim Buck, as well as behind-the-scenes of Mr. Quintron’s THE DRUM BUDDY SHOW, directed by
Rick Delaup. She photographs professional boxing as a part of AnnaBeth Goodman's
Kingfish Boxing Productions. Appointed by the Emperor himself, she became
Ernie K-Doe’s official event photographer in 2001, a position she held until his death in July 2001.
